All students residing at Northville Student Accommodation are required to comply with the Residence Rules and the Accommodation Agreement.

## Quiet Hours

Students should respect designated quiet hours.

During quiet hours students should:

• Endanger themselves.

• Endanger other residents.

• Tamper with safety equipment.

• Interfere with security systems.

• Create fire hazards.

## Fire Safety

Students should:

• Keep fire exits clear.

• Report fire hazards immediately.

• Never tamper with fire equipment.

• Follow emergency evacuation procedures.

Emergency exits must never be blocked.

## Electrical Appliances

Students may only use electrical appliances permitted by Northville.

When reporting maintenance, students should provide:

• Residence name

• Room number

• Description of the fault

• Photos where appropriate

Emergency maintenance should be reported immediately.

## Cleaning Responsibilities

Students are responsible for maintaining acceptable cleanliness within their rooms unless otherwise stated.

Communal areas should be left clean after use.

## Lost Property

Lost property should be reported to residence management.

Found items should be handed to the office or security.

The AI assistant cannot determine ownership of lost property.

## Complaints

Students who wish to submit complaints should contact the Residential Student House Committee.
